Bad customer service!
Hotels com doesn not want to refund my money even tho my hotel was cancel by the hotel.. I canceled my reservation because the pool was out of order, and the hotel did not mention that their pool not working on their website. When i called they understood and they gladly canceled my reservation. I didnt stay there and hotels.com still charged my credit card. I have my cancellation receipt email and i offered to email to hotels.com, they still wont give me my refund back. Why should i pay for a room when i didnt even stay there ! I dont recommen anyone reserving a room thru them..i will be fighting to get my money back for a room that i didnt even stay there. Especially having proof that i didnt stay there !

Called ahead to make sure hot tub was working before making reservation, we were told yes, got there it was under remodel, the smell was so bad from the chemicals. Horrible nose through the shower. Offered nightly popcorn told it was not available because they did not have bags, bags were on the machine. The worst part was the dirty used underwear left under the chair because the room was not cleaned properly. So disappointed in this stay.

it was conveniently located off the main highway. it was very outdated and was in need of a big renovation. the bathroom was dingy and the shower head was very low. the pool was out of service which wasn’t mentioned on the website and the breakfast only had a few items

It was nice hotel. Friendly staff and comfortable room. They offered free cookies, coffee and popcorn. Nice free breakfast too. Only problem was finding the entrance to the hotel. Narrow road between 2 businesses and not well marked. Missed the entrance the first time. Ended up on the interstate and had to circle back around.

The property is close to a lot of places (restaurant, freeway, etc) but the entrance is a bit difficult to access. Multiple access to the building made it easy for me to avoid people/dog while taking my dog out for potty.

This property looks way better in the photos than in real life. There was a half eaten old sandwich in our fridge when we arrived. The building is old and like half rennovated. The curtains were falling off the rod. The walls are thin and the showers so loud that the neighboring room woke me up early with their shower that made like a loud screeching sound. The breakfast was so minimal. It was fine for 2 nights but I will stay somewhere else next time im in the area.
