A bit dated but always our fave! Can't beat price, excellent staff & welcoming, cozy rooms and outside/Inside entrances. Beautiful hotel entry paved road, amazing river views. We will always stay when in Post Falls!

The gentleman who checked my great granddaughter am me was extraordinary. So friendly, efficient and helpful. You are lucky to have him. Restaurant was very nice and food was good. Had some problems getting my cocktail , but it wasn’t my waitress’s fault.

Would welcome a renovation

This is an older hotel which would benefit from a renovation. Staff were wonderful, room was clean, wonderful view of the river. There was no coffee set up in the room although there was coffee and tea in the lobby. The toilet is lower than adults now expect.

Great location and helpful staff

Great location with view of river. Our first room had an adjoining door to another room and the sound proofing was not good. We Cld hear everything and it was quite late at night when we arrived, exhausted. The host moved us to a room with no adjoining door which happened to be one with a river view too. I appreciated their response to the issue.

The expectations of this night out to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary were high. I shared with Templins, Red Lion, that this trip was our 20th wedding anniversary and Templins reported they would do something special, that didn't happen. The front desk reported breakfast was continental and free, we later found out 'only if we had a sport team', we paid for breakfast. The hotel is equivalent to a La Quinta. The room was not up to hotel standards. As a member of Travelocity, we will stay elsewhere next time.
