We stayed here one night on a road trip. Cute place! Don't underestimate the outside. This place had everything we needed and the nicest staff ever. Clean room and comfy beds. Great location near the park, lake and downtown. We were able to walk everywhere. Highly recommend.

It was cute and clean. We stayed there because they allowed pets, but there was no grass anywhere on the property to walk my dog, so I walked him across the street. Those people were not happy. It was a very easy check in process and clean little motel. Nothing too fancy but also nothing bad at all.

Very small cramped parking lot. Rooms are very clean. Comfy bedding. Older hotel showing wear. The guy at the front desk was creepy. Caught him looking in our window the next morning.

Awesome hidden gem!!!!

This is a great hidden gem in Couer d'Alene! Right in the middle of downtown with tons of restaurants and shops all within walking diatance. This is an older hotel but has nicely remodeled rooms. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Jason was awesome to deal with! I would highly recommend Resort City. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!

its walking distance to downtown problem with refrigerator. did not work, and i wanted to finish my leftovers from dinner, but it did not turn on.was bummed about that also toilet seat was broke but still good clean room and stay was great.
