The room smelled like smoke, the conforters had tears. The pillows were flat, the siding was falling off the building and you have to sign in to wifi and take a survey every time, every 2 hrs

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!

THE WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever had in a hotel! First off, we booked multiple rooms for our family and half of our group was leaving later and wouldn’t be able to make it before 10pm or so. RIGHT AFTER we booked the rooms we called just to make sure they had late check in-we were told no. The person on the phone told us if they didn’t check in by 10pm they couldn’t check in at all (which did seem weird, but it is what we were told when we called the hotel directly) so we made arrangements and moved some things around to ensure everyone would be there by 10. Our first group arrived to the hotel only to see a HUGE 24 hour check in sign at the entrance! I will say the man at the front desk who checked us in was nice and helpful. But unfortunately it just got worse from there. The rooms were absolutely disgusting, both showers had gobs of caulk to fix cracks, which was all brown and dirty, holes in the walls, shower heads falling out, etc. Never got new or clean towels. The rooms smelled so musty and gross. The doors do not shut securely, very sketchy people hanging around all hours. The room next to ours had people in and out each night, we were not able to get ANY sleep. The room next to us was so loud and we could hear VERY inappropriate situations ALL NIGHT. We had kids with us who were so uncomfortable and scared, it was DISGUSTING to have to hear that. We didn’t feel safe and wouldn’t recommend. If we had a choice we should’ve packed up and left as quickly as possible!

By far… the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed. Was looking for something cheap and convenient, just in town for a few hour evening event. Spend the extra money to get a cleaner stay. It is so obvious they haven’t even swept or mopped the floors in a very long time. A drop of water gets on the floor and it turns to mud. The counters have dirt and crap all over them, we had to lay towels down to set stuff on the counter.

Lots of sketchy people hanging around property. Checking in with a kiosk sucked. Baseboards were missing in some areas, no batteries in the remote. Glad we one were there to sleep. Won’t go back.

After checking in, I went to the assigned room. On opening the door it was full of beer cans and unmade beds. When I went back to the office 4 minutes later, the clerk leaned over the registration desk, and yelled in my face that I had made the mess. Absolutely insane. Also, the Internet does not work except at a slow crawl if at all. The rooms are fairly large. The room they eventually gave me also had not been thoroughly cleaned.

Filthy and horrible!

This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The building was in terrible shape. The room was filthy. The shower curtain was filthy! The shower had hair in it. The TV was terribly small. First hotel I have ever stayed in that I checked for bed bugs before touching or bringing anything into the room.

We rented 2 rooms w/ 2 adults and 4 kids. They have the center doors to have adjoined rooms. We got rooms on separate floors, which seems absolutely ridiculous for a reservation of 2 rooms with 4 KIDS. I asked about this but was told this is where your rooms were assigned. We made it work because it was already after 9pm and a day at Silverwood, so kids were exhausted. Our tub had a giant line of caulk to "fix" a hole and a seperate hole that was unfixed. The shelf in the sink area /closet was bowed so far in the middle it was completely unusable and left no room for the now missing closet rod. The absolute worst part was the door at been clearly kicked in at somw point and there was NO wood jamb assisting holding the door closed just the metal catch. The doors are exterior access, meaning there was no "extra" security of the hotel halls. On the day after a firefighter Ambush in your town. We deserved a room that at least locked securely. Never have i been so misguided by expedia room ratings.

The manager could not speak English well. He was a smart alec. He laughed at me when I asked for hot water for my tea. There was nothing to warm up coffee or tea in the room. Just microwave and cheap thin plastic cups. I asked the cleaning lady about the man and she does not like the man.

The AC was amazing. The room was freezing, just how I like it. My only complaint was not having more than 2 towels for 4 guests. I requested towels and never got them to the room. I waited for a while and then had to go about my day and there were no additional towels upon return. The room was clean and check in / check out was very easy. The virtual staff agent was pleasant upon check in.

Horrible! Checked in, took forever and extremely bad customer service. Finally got our room. Stairs to our room where blocked off by pallets, had to walk all the way around the building (that was down the block from the main hotel mind you) opened the door, room had not been cleaned, garbage still in the room, someone had recently been sleeping on the bed, bathroom a mess, etc. Went straight down to the office to cancel our stay. Staff would not allow me to speak to the manager, or refund stay or discount or any kind reconciliation gesture. Health and safetly violations eveywhere, ot what is advertised when reservations where made at all. Extremely upset 😡
