The staff was wonderful and willing to help, but unfortunately there was a power outage affecting several floors and the elevators. We stayed on the 4th floor and had to walk up for flights of stairs into a dark hallway before we could reach our room that did fortunately have power. Would definitely stay there again, but I would call ahead of time to ensure no mechanical issues.

It was okay. Right across from a truck stop. Limited parking on site. The rooms and place is dated. Need to be updated. Bathroom was okay. It could have been cleaned a little bit better. But overall just an average stay. Staff was phenomenal.

Amanda was amazing both times we went there. The mini fridges hard to open cuz they were not tied down and you felt like it was going to tip over. Also the faucets were very loose. If they had a maintenance person that would fix a lot of things. Other than that it was pleasant.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel needs renovation and upkeep. Our room was a bit noisy, both inside and out (refrigerator issues were reported on leaving). The hotel is located in an industrial area with heavy truck traffic; it's not an inviting place to walk around, if that's a priority.

It’s a satisfactory hotel. The breakfast was fine; it’s in a good location. However, the walls are so thin you can hear the neighbouring rooms. Especially loud are the people above. We heard every word and every step at 6 am.

A bit of a tired facility, but in a convenient location, clean, safe with easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. Although the mattress and pillows were not too shelf, they were reasonable, clean, and staff provided us with extra pillows. The price of hotels nowadays is so high, but this was a good value for our travels through the area.

The room and facilities were good for the price we paid. Everything was clean. The bathroom faucet dripped and the toilet flapper was leaking so it kept refilling.
