As others have said this property needs a thorough deep clean! While our room had been renovated it was very poorly done. The tap and door handles were loose and about to fall off. The room was VERY dusty and the spa bath had stains. Most importsntly there was no hot water, it was luke warm at best. Would not stay again

The shower had mould in it as well as the air conditioners. There was smashed glass in our car space. Walls were marked and dirty. Very disappointing.

ATTENTION- DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! The room was so dirty. Spa bath was filthy. Cupboard falling off the wall. Taps falling out of the sink. Cane Patio furniture had holes in it so couldn’t sit on it. The sheets had urine stains on them, there was no hot water for a shower. Morning or night. No restaurant as advertised. No where to eat close by. So much for non smoking because smoke was wafting in from another room. Just save your money and avoid disappointment-go elsewhere.

Disappointed with our stay here, we have stayed here before but this time around found the place dated. It was very hard to find our allocated room that was tucked away in a corner. You need to inform guests that there are stairs to get to the property. Also the inside was dirty, couch was old and very uncomfortable to sit on. Overall we couldn’t wait to check out of the place.

Location was good. Nice easy walk down to the beach. But the unit was outdated and in desperate need of maintenance. Very run down. Would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

I was only there for one night , I arrived after dark and it was very hard to see apartment numbers, once getting to door the key safe was hard to see as no lighting, so rotating and putting in the codes was hard . Once inside I found the couch very old and sagged when sitting on so it hard to get up . mattress was uncomforable also .

The accommodation was overpriced for what you got. There were things on the carpet so you could tell it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. You couldn't enjoy the ocean view due to the rubbish smell when you opened the door. The pool and surrounds were nice and well kept. The lack of a reception made it difficult, when I did notify that the dishwasher didn't work I didn't even get a response. I had to find somewhere last minute so didn't have a lot of options, but I would not stay here again. The only saving grace was the pool.

Aqualuna was a wonderful quiet escape - easy walk to the beach - almost felt like we had the place to ourselves. I was a bit thrown by the lack of reception - it can be nice when there is a face to face experience, part of the customer experience. Did appreciate the fact that it put a pleasant resort into our price range. thoroughly enjoyable stay.

a run-down joint which should not be advertised as a RESORT. Upon arrival a sticker on the reception: self contained apartments and that has been the case for at least 2 years according to people running the petrol station right next to it. No security, so one night police had to come to control unruly guests.
