Would highly recommend - would stay there again. However, they do need a larger sign to show where the resort is as we found it hard to find. The bed was very hard.

We really enjoyed staying for 2 nights. Good facilities, tennis court, swimming and gym. Was not informed that we needed to book to use those facilities in advance but still good enough. Only one thing disappointed. It was not daily room cleaning.

Beach was amazing. My group had 2 rooms, 1 was nice the other had a weird musk. Furnishings were old pitted and stained in both. Aside from that the environment was nice and i never had to deal direct with staff giving the place a "come home" vibe

It's ok
The hotel rooms are a bit old. So is the carpet and mostly the bathroom. Mattress could be more comfortable and the wifi not always works. It is an ok hotel - price-wise.

Stay 2 nights in executive studio early August. We check in late and check-out early, return to resort after hour so haven't seen any staff. Can't comment on staff service. Pro: spacious room, quiet. Good for rest at night after a full day out. Con: dated bathroom, shower over spa tub, water tap fell off, bathroom door lock not working, no view from balcony (room on level 1)

The unit was perfect for us it had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The contactless check in and out was easy once we found our room. Parking was very tight and limited underneath. The walk around the gardens down to the pool and beach was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Charlsworth. It’s in desperate need of an uplift in the rooms. The furniture was quite new but the rooms themselves are very dated. Not sure why the bathroom sink was over carpet. Other than the cracks in the bathroom, our stay was quite comfortable. Parking wasn’t the best as it was first in best dressed. Made it quite difficult with toddlers at times. Facilities were great and so was the location.
