Bathroom has build up of mould and needs to be resealed and water proofed. The bathroom door has a very obvious fist sized punch on it and build up of many stains on the carpet, build up of dust underneath bed and found a tin of kids play putty under the bunk bed just by glancing so feels attention to cleaning is minimal because the item hadnt been found by cleaners. Just looks like some deep cleaning needs to he done. I was sneezing a bit during the stay. Lastly.. adults dont really like having a double bed against a wall so you have to climb over the other person to get in and out of the bed. my partner just got released from hospital and were out of area and needed somewhere affordable which this was but needs some attention to cleainess and maintenance. Staff were friendly but looked incredibly bored. Location was great. But no accessibility access. Have stayed in other budget ibis this one is below standard. Bed also ditches so i woke up with a sore back. Regretting not booking a second night at Matador across the road. I stayed there the sunday night and It was more expensive but didnt feel festive and dusty.

Check-in Staff member was lovely, friendly and helpful. Only 1 chair for a double room and no small table or bench. Fridge was off and turned on needed a full day to cool. Ensuite shower had no shelf to place shower items on. Curtain rod mount was broken and rod just sitting on bracket..... Breakfast was self-serve but hygiene standards were not a priority.....need we say more.... TV remote buttons were all worn out and unable to work out which button did what.....

When I asked at reception if there was an iron available to use, I was told I should go to Kmart. I finally found the laundry room, three meters from the reception desk with the iron!

This was a fine stay forthe price. I think the bad reviews come from people who have never goen back-packing, as this is definately a step up and it's private. Bed is good, breakfast is nice. Good place to go and have a sleep

Do not stay here!!!
The room was terrible. The bathroom flooded when you showered and did not drain, the caulking was mouldy. The carpet had stains. I was charged by my credit card and when I put another card down for anything extra rather than do that, they charged both cards for the room until I pointed it out

We were given the wrong room through the third party the rooms smelt like dog there were holes in the shower cracks behind the toilet water would overflow to the toilet we couldn't get the aircon working till the lastnight thankfully they a new aircon units floor is dirty walls a dirty not worth the money lucky we had to stay there for our sons tournament Thankfully staff a beautiful ❤️ Local shops around a tavern right there

The whole place needs a facelift. Rooms are terrible, beds are terrible, bathrooms are terrible, can’t supply requested room and cot that was an option ok booking. No remotes for tvs or aircon, massive gap in window and wall, bigs in the room. The whole experience was horrible. Reception girl was so lovely and helpful, give her a raise.
