Unfriendly and rude Front office staff

Not receptive in the reception while checkin and we asked for additional bed for the kid on checkin they demanded additional pay, front staff were rude in their behaviour and management should make them to learn on how to behave with their customers, and they took time to provide the basic amenities in the room

We booked a king oand two single rooms near or next to each other. We got one on level 5 and one on level 7 and both with king beds. Reception that all we have the hotel is full. Or request and confirmation didn't matter

I recently had the pleasure of staying at IKON by Annapoorna in Coimbatore, and my experience was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk team was friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern amenities that ensured a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s setup, including the cozy bedding and the well-stocked essentials. The highlight of my stay was the food – true to the Annapoorna name, the dining experience was exceptional. The variety of dishes, coupled with the authentic South Indian flavors, made every meal memorable. The hotel’s central location was another plus, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff’s willingness to assist with any queries or requests, including arranging transportation and providing local tips, truly made a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean and modern. In fact, the whole property was impeccably clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The view from my room was lovely. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, including fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice. The location was perfect as I was coming from Isha. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I am so grateful for their hospitality.

Great location with fantastic vegetarian food

Clean, quiet and well-maintained hotel in a fantastic location. The famous all-vegetarian Annapoorna restaurant is downstairs. The complementary buffet breakfast was also outstanding. We will definitely stay here when we visit Coimbatore next.
