Clean, quiet and comfortable

This hotel is well run, quiet, clean and comfortable. We noticed the refrigerator wasn't working and they immediately moved us. Its very quiet. Their breakfast dining room is very clean and organized. The breakfast sausages are better than all the other Comfort Inns weve stayed in.

I specified a disability room : bed too high to get into and I’m 5’5”, toilet too low with no hand rails of any kind for assistance, not enough room to get a walker or wheelchair around room, extremely disappointed in room. The desk and breakfast staff were great.

The king bed mattress had a trough in the middle so deep that it seemed as if an elephant had sat on it. The foot of the mattress was easily 2” higher than the head of the mattress. It was impossible to sleep without rolling to the middle of the trough. The front desk staff refunded a mere $20 and said this was the first complaint they had received about a mattress that clearly should be dropped off at the dump. Very uncomfortable.
