Rooms are reasonable priced and clean. I think this is the third time staying here on our way out to Denver. Bed was comfortable, location is nice and the restaurant attached is a bonus. We will most likely return to this establishment:)

Traveling with my two young grandkids so my primary reason for booking this (more expensive) hotel was its indoor pool & hot tub. The pool was CLOSED so they also didn't allow us to use the hot tub because "it's in the same room" regardless that it was working fine. Otherwise I'd rate it 4 Stars.

We booked this hotel because it had a pool just to get here and find out their pool wasn't in commission. It wasn't on their website that the pool was not working. The bathtub had pubic hair which is very gross. The breakfast area was super clean. The beds were comfortable.

Guy at the front desk first said I didn't have a reservation, when I started to get the confirmation he then said oh here it is. Total lack of customer service, walked from behind counter to go out and smoke. The overall condition of this hotel has dropped greatly in the past year.

We liked our stay. Just be aware that they do charge $2.50 per day for convenience of the in room safe. We told them that we didnt use the safe and were refunded.

The property appears to be going through an update as there is a new Comfort Inn Suite being built right next door. They are doing a good job keeping up the current property there’s just not a lot to do in Colby Kansas. The restaurant selection is limited but worked for us for a night traveling through and tired.
