The entire building has an odd chemical smell all the time. The bedspreads, blankets, and towels all had stains on them and the floor had not been vacuumed. They want to charge you $10 for a frozen Tony's pizza that you can buy at the truck stop across the street for $2.50. The guy at the front desk was arguing with someone on the phone in his native tongue (not English) for 5 minutes while I stood there waiting to check in after a 12 hour travel day. We have stayed at this place for many years (back when it was still a Sleep Inn) and it has really gone downhill in the last couple of years after it was sold. It is only a 20 minute drive to Marshfield and you have more choices. Find a better hotel there and don't be disgusted.

Easy to get to but next to off ramp and truck stop. Very noisy. Not clean at all stain sheets and bed. Floors were terrible and stunk.

Lumpy beds, pillows sucked. However customer service was great and able to accommodate a switch to 3rd floor. It was a rough night. Bring your own pillows. Clean room, hot shower and quiet are a plus too

Was a cute little hotel. The only negative thing was there was absolutely nothing out at breakfast time except for one bagel and it was incredibly soggy, like it had been in water. I don't expect a lot for hotel breakfasts, but nice to have SOMETHING.

I was told one thing in an email that I would be charged and I was overcharged. There was no toilet paper in my bathroom when I arrived three days in a row there was no apple juice and no one knew how to fit the machine and the person that checked me in was just very rude said that there’s different taxes in different states and there’s no way I was totally certain Price so I felt like Customer Service was really bad.

We stayed one night after a family wedding. We were giving early check in enabling us to get into our room 2 hours early to rest before the celebration. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was ok. Location was convenient. Room was clean, quiet at night, and smelled fresh after running the air for a few minutes. Good place fir a stop along the route to somewhere.

Bathroom floor could be cleaner. Blankets were very worn, towel bar finish was worn. The room smelled bed but was okay after we aired it out. Heater didn’t heat room evenly. Pillows were awful. There was garbage on the bedside table in my son’s room. The hot tub was broken and had been drained. The breakfast buffet was sad and ran out of food before the breakfast period ended. However the towels were fluffy and nice, and the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly!
