A lovely experience overall

Staff very welcoming. Room overall was well equipped. Sofa bed a bit worn and toilet seat loose. A heated towel rail would have been nice.

Rooms were clean, a few concerns was the lack / non existent of hooks in the bathroom to hang the basic things bath towels hand towels after use. Main bedroom lack / non existent draws to put items of clothing. Although it is classified as an Express venue surely it should have the basics if people are staying for more than 2 nights

Rooms nice and stylish. Bed was comfy, good pillows. Only gave it a three as the sound proofing from the windows is non existent. Even at night you would struggle without ear plugs or white noise

The first room we were offered had a bathroom door which didn't shut, so we were offered another. Rooms are comfy but basic. Air-conditioning/heating was extremely noisy. No heating or heated towel rail in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast was good, but plates were cold, so the food didn't stay hot. We ate twice in the evenings and the food was reasonably good, standard pub food.

Every thing was working except the phone in the room, the staff was very helpful and nice. My body wasn’t adjusted to the time and I missed a few breakfast and I ask one of the worker she allowed me to still get some of what was left, I had to take my meds so I was very grateful she didn’t tell me, but I wish all the staff was like her.

All Staff very friendly and helpful.property was quite and room was clean & comfortable. only 2 problems with room. The bathroom door did,nt shut, and the curtains smelled of cigerettes smoke. The dining options excellent, excellent choice for breakfast, well cooked breakfast piping hot. Excellent well presented food in the evening. menu chioce very good.

Fabulous choice of food for breakfast. Yummy too. Rooms were a good size with comfy beds. Elspeth was a complete angel seemingly appearing out of nowhere when I got stuck.
