Great location if staying in the crowsnest area. The price is good too, but rooms are dirty in especially in the corners and yhos is my second stay. Overall a good stay though..

We were charged additional charges as a booking fee and no offer to reimburse. I was concerned about the bed being dirty and used my clothes to sleep on as I didn't feel this room to be clean.

It’s hard to write a review for this property. Do you judge a book by its cover? Maybe. It’s very 1 star outside. Room was only a 2 star. Internet was impossible to access as it kept kicking us off as soon as I connected multiple times. We decided to bath at 10pm. Luke warm water. However at 6am there was really hot water. Has a microwave. A fridge. Bed was ok It’s been renovated. Air conditioning was I think only adequate. It your there on a very hot day it would be inadequate. Would I stay again for the money. No. But I hate giving this review as it’s someone livelihood. But it’s not for the average traveler

Mike was excellent in helping us get settled into our room. Friendly and went above and beyond. It was clean and well equipped. As advertised. However, it was too close to the highway and other guests were sketchy, making me feel a little uneasy.
