This was a horrible experience. The place was dirty, no heat or ac and no one to get a hold of because the phone in the room didn’t work. Nowhere to park!!!

It may look a little dingy on the outside but the rooms are large and clean and the staff are great. Hotel rooms are hard to come by on football weekends and this is a great affordable alternative.

The check in and check out is all automated. Very convenient. The room was okay, you get what you pay for. I left an item with sentimental value in my room, and a friend was able to retrieve it for me. Great service.

No staff, all automated…No Hot Water. Never got ahold of anyone to move rooms or get it fixed. It was very clean but nothing special. Would have left a good review except they don’t have a human to speak to, zero response to issues and NO HOT WATER.

The property doesn't look like much when you arrive. There is limited parking in their lot, but the streets did have room for overflow. Once inside, the rooms are great. Recently renovated, nice flooring, freshly painted. Blackout curtains, the air conditioner worked great and was a good buffer for the street/traffic noise that is quite close to the rooms. This isn't a place you'd go and hang out. It's a great place to go if you need a bed to rest, a shower, and a place to stay for a few nights. You'll get all of that in a comfortable room. Don't let the outside scare you when you arrive, the rooms themselves are more than adequate. There was VERY limited staff presence, which was fine with us. We had great communication from them about how to get into our rooms and the one person we did interact with was very friendly and accommodating. We'd definitely stay there again.
