Hotel is in desperate need for an upgrade. I was assigned a room and the bedsheet was DIRTY/SOILED. Went back to the front desk to inform them. My room was changed. You guessed it. It bedsheet was also soiled. Infact the second room was worse that the first. I politely informed them that I would NOT be staying and asked for my refund.

Wet bathroom floor

Reported to front desk about bathroom leak wet floor. Was advised to contact expedia since booked through third party. Water dripping from light. Told maintenance and housekeeping as well as front desk. Water leaking from light but was told it could be from room above 307.

This hotel worked for my short visit to the area to spend with friends, the hotel is very basic , however it is clean and the staff are accommodating - I wish there was greater access to the pool - even if not swimming I would have appreciated an opportunity to sit around the pool and read. And since it's not close to stores, a more inclusive gift shop would have added a plus to the facility.

When you enter the doubel doors of the hotel, the first thing you smell is old cigarette smoke and weed. Front desk was nice. Room air conditioning did not work, bathroom was dirty, cigarette burn hole in the sheet of a nonsmoking room ? Entire third floor smelled like weed. There is an entire club on the first floor that was blasting music Saturday night, which could be heard on the third floor. You can hear your neighbors very clearly in their rooms. People were at the hotel just to go to club, not staying at the hotel. If you want breakfast, it’s 10.95 a person, not included in your stay. The elevator can fit max 3 AVERAGE size people with a bag, no luggage. I have no clue how this hotel was rated 8/10 ! Maybe 2/10 if that.
