I adore this hotel! I’ve stayed multiple times now and every time it’s perfect. The room is beautiful and always clean. The Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom mirror is my absolute favorite part! The linens are SO nice. Just a wonderful hotel all around. Super close to everything and easy parking. Staff has always been very friendly!

Bed bugs in room 623. Complained after being bitten up and taking pics of the bites. Staff moved me to a new room in middle of night. Huge inconvenience, had to shower and wash my hair once there and then wash all my clothes that were in my suitcase and wearing on my body too. No one from hotel even approached me next day to discuss it or reimburse my stay. They need to close down and treat all the rooms with super high heat treatment. They should have immediately credited my stay.

Really great room for this price tier. It has everything you need - great bed, large desk, lots of plugs, lights where you need it, bathroom is large with motion sensing lights and fan, and the mirror has Bluetooth with a night-light. Game changing

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Very friendly staff. The parking garage is very close but the elevator has not worked since 2023. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the hotel closed two or three months ago. But there are options available elsewhere close.
