Improve service. Was checking late with kids first they said double queen bed sold out while I had confirmation with advance payment. They given room but lock of that room never worked with key in 2 days stay went for 4 times to get it activated, 2 times they come to room to unlock with their device. No daily room service, not clean room. First day when asked extra towel they said all are for in washing, next day said in dryer will send in few mins but never did that and we go to reception.

Comfortable

Overall a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The front staff was accommodating. Our only issue was that they ran out of food early on Sunday morning, they were not prepared for the full house during Cherry Blossom festival. But overall good stay. Thank you.

When i got the key to my first room the door was propped open and someone had pissed in the toilet and left trash on the counter. On top of that the room reeked of Marijuana. The mamagers only response was oh, illg et you a new room. And thw paint on the walls was peeling as well

An Unexpected Shower

I stayed at this hotel for just one night this past week. The Uber driver told me the location is not the best because of crime, etc. What was the worst is trying to take a shower yesterday morning. The moment I turned the shower on, the water line under the toilet tank burst and started shooting water against the wall, ceiling and floor. Turning the valve under the toilet did not help. I had to go down to the front desk to tell them about the water emergency. They then had to switch me to another room so that I could take a shower. After taking a shower in the new room, I realized there were no bath towels. Arrgh. What a way to start a morning! At checkout I suggested that my stay be comped because of my bad experience. I am still waiting to hear from someone.

A smoke detector chirping in need of new batteries. The smell, foul. The room was horrible. Dirty. Smelly. Dead bug bodies everywhere, and I know a bedbug when I see it, so we bailed asap. The toilet had not been cleaned properly and urine noted to the seat that I can say with absolute certainty, was not from us. Stains on the carpet, unknown substance on the desk, curtains ripped and stained, bedding ripped and stained, walls dirty, bathroom door broken no lock or latch and it had to be propped with a roll of toilet paper in order to just keep it closed. Was promised follow up calls from management. Never done. Travelocity should consider NOT backing this hotel. There are multiple health and safety concerns.

The mattresses are old and need replacing. The shower head mount was broken. The room originally given to us was not ready. The breakfast was not kept fresh (eggs were old, muffins stale, The reception staff and manager were friendly, but the place, in itself, is in need of a major upgrade, from remodeling the rooms to the help.

Disappointed don’t book third party.

Tub had rust in it and rusty water sat in the tub. Floors in the room wasn’t clean. The room was dated and had a smell. Hotel needs updating. Air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The phones was old & out dated. Had to request room cleanup & new towels. Best part was the employees were friendly.
