The room was okay, the bathroom was dirty, specifically the door and showers . Front desk staff were very unhelpful and not willing to help. We had to speak to the manager, to be finally received the help needed.

Honestly it’s was a good experience but in the end that was not nice because there was some échoue with the Electricity I couldn’t do check out but they’re told me theirs will send me my final check they’re never did I been call many times no body care about. And i thing I been charge more than was the price for the room . Cause the price was suppose too two room but when I get there they charge me each roll with different prices. So for a IGH groupe hotel so Shame and disappoint .

It's been 2 months and they haven't returned my $100 incidental fee.. I've called and left messages still no response. Furthermore on the booking site they said breakfast would be included. Come to find out its $20 pp to even eat breakfast... the furniture in the room was broken and there were bright red stains on the floor . Save yourself the TROUBLE and MONEY of staying here

I like the safe area, lit parking lot. The room we had this stay was really run down - lighted mirror falling off the wall, plug in bathroom not working. The maid knocking on our door at 9am - when we had the do not disturb sign out.

I never went there. I asked for waiver. They bluntly denied it. I think it’s on fair and they set up a bad precedent. There was an issue with the date. I asked for adjustments of date or refund and they refuse to refund me or give me any waiver. It’s unfair. I’m pained! It’s a lot of money for me as a single mom. I booked for an event we had around the area. This is not fair.
