Staff was rude also cleaning lady took the tip from us did not even bother to clean the rooms ans i stayed half hour late to check out they chage us 25 extra
I enjoyed my stay! Miss Robin was kind, courteous, and professional. My room was clean, quiet, and restful.
One thing I would suggest is that they provide more vegan or vegetarian options for breakfast. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Glenarden/Washington DC.
We were greeted via text. Our room was clean. The vinyl flooring was perfect for our new puppy. We heard no noise. The breakfast was delicious. This is a hotel we would definitely choose again.
Perfect check in and check out times for someone who flew in that day and needed to leave the next afternoon. The staff was so kind. I felt welcome as soon as I came in. They offered a shuttle to and from my concert for a reasonable price and the area is safe and well lit so I felt safe coming and going. My room was clean and the temperature was perfect, which made for a perfect night sleep. Breakfast and coffee was delicious and the perfect start to my long day of traveling.
