My only problem was they need to change out the mattresses. I had to flip the mattress around to keep from sleeping in a badly sunk in mattress. Pillows were very small!! Excellent service in literally everything else! Room service is not everyday, but when I call for trash and towel replacement; instant response!

National Harbor is a great area and this property is an excellent choice. Tons of restaurants in the area including a great one on site. Room was modern and well-appointed, bed was comfortable, and everything was in excellent condition. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting National Harbor.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was laid out well and staff were available to clean up or be of service if needed. My company and I were happy with our room which was clean. I would stay here again. I just wished that there was parking belonging to the property.

The hotel is perfectly situated near the amusement area, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly!! The room was perfect!! I even signed up for the Hyatt rewards program.

Overall the hotel was just ok. The hotel a/c hardly works to the point that they had to get us a fan. Housekeeping never came. We had to schedule them to come!! We found a family reunion shirt on the floor when we first arrived. Guess what? We were not there for a family reunion so it wasn’t ours.

The fact that you have to pay for parking after spending over $200 per night is appalling when I could have stayed at the Gaylord and not have to, so just know when I return, I will be staying at the Gaylord

My Broken anniversary Created by Hotels.com
My anniversary trip was ruined by hotels.com and Hyatt National Harbor. Thinking this hotel would set the mood for my potential engagement. My room was unavailable. The hotel staff placed my Lady and I in a two bed room with chairs by the window. Hotels.com customer service was no help. This site must take accountability for their mistakes. Nevertheless they refused to do so. MY ANNIVERSARY WAS LOOKING AT EACH OTHER FROM SEPARATE BEDS. Dirty floors and all.
