Windows on the outside and inside of property looks terrible. It looks nasty, people standing around outside of the hotel every where. The hotel looks run down. The floor and walls in the room looks nasty, dogs was in the hotel and cigarettes smoke smell was in my room. I think that hotel is an extended stay because I seen a lot of people in there that appeared to look like there are on drugs, homeless, or don’t have any where to stay. I’m not downing anyone I’m just staying the appearance of the hotel, the people who was staying in the hotel and the smell of the hotel made it difficult for me to stay there. Never will I stay there again.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable

Absolutely Disgusting and Unacceptable Stay! I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most horrifying accommodation experiences of my life. The conditions were not just "bad"; they were utterly beyond horrible and frankly, unsanitary. Upon entering the bathroom, I was immediately greeted by roaches scurrying near the toilet and inside the shower area. This alone is enough to warrant a zero-star rating, but it gets worse. Later, I discovered rodent droppings alarmingly close to the mini-fridge in my room. The thought of rodents and insects sharing my living space, especially where food might be stored, is sickening. This level of uncleanliness is not only unprofessional but also a serious health concern. It's clear that basic hygiene and pest control are completely neglected at this establishment. I am appalled by the lack of care and attention to guest comfort and safety. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, the disgust, and the potential health risks. This hotel is a prime example of accommodations that should be avoided at all costs.

NOT A QUALITY HOTEL

My stay was of very poor quality. The hotel itself was dirty. The halls and carpet were dirty and marijuana and cigarette smell lingered in the halls and I smelled it throughout my stay in my room. The bathroom in my room was dirty. Shower and tub walls were not cleaned and had dirty stains. There was only 1 elevator working. The breakfast was horrible. Carton eggs over cooked, hard and link sausage hard and dried out. The cost I paid was higher than other hotels near by and I feel like for the service I got the price should have been lower. The hotel also is a residence for section 8 people and the class of these residence was very trashy. The 1 luggage cart available when I arrived had broken handles ! This LAQUINTA was the worse hotel I’ve stayed in over some years. Wyndham hotel quality was not met with this property and should be either shut down as a hotel and be a residence for section 8 residents or made into a hotel only to Wyndham’s standard ! This was a disgusting and horrible hotel stay !

We killed two cockroaches in our room. Ceiling was peeling in five places. Bathroom ceiling had mold in two places. Room looked odd. Has places where no furniture was like they removed a couch or something. Elevator barely operated. Only one worked. Ice machine was dirty

There weee holes in the ceiling in the hallways. The exit signs were dangling by a wire. Our room Had holes in the ceiling from where the smoke detectors were removed. The manager was nice enough to move us to a different room. The rooms were spacious. Only one elevator was working. Lots of shoddy construction and upkeep. That felt like they didn’t care about the guests. Will never stay there again.

I would not recommend to my family and friends

The outside of the property looked abandoned when we first pulled up because the fence was all bent and the sign wasn’t on. The front desk employee was nice, the beds were comfortable but the rugs throughout the hotel were so dirty. The breakfast was terrible. Both waffle makers weren’t working, the eggs were cold and rubbery, stale cereal, & the coffee wasn’t hot. This was at 7am when breakfast was just available. Thank goodness they had packets of peanut butter and jelly so we could have that on toast or a bagel. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
