Ac made a loud weird noise all night all the furniture needed to be replaced as it was chipped really bad the couch in the room was so messed up you couldn’t even sit on it the shower was scummy looking and the lady at the front desk was super weird I’ve stayed here before and this was by far my worst stay

It’s unfortunate the bathroom was leaking water into the sleeping room. The vent in the bathroom made unbearable heck of noise. The hotel receptionist states that he will convey that to their authority. Things Needs fixing.

The hotel was in poor condition. There were loud people in the hallways all night. The door lock didn’t function, the toilet ran all night, the gap in the hotel room door let in a lot of light and noise, the convenience food items were almost non-existent.

It was awful from the beginning. The first room they gave us already had someone in it. Then they said they were upgrading us but the room wasn’t any different from what we already had. The room smelled of cigarettes, there was food stains on the curtains, stains on the sheets, food on the remote, mold in the shower, crumbs and trash on the floor. I do not recommend this place to anyone and want my money back.

This place is disgusting,the owners and staff don’t care about the customers. We had a cockroach in the bathroom. Breakfast was a mess, food all over, garbage filled of dirty plates, the tables were not clean. The pill was dirty. I don’t even understand how this place is running under the health department.

I didn’t have any of the problems that I’ve read in some of the negative reviews so don’t let that dissuade you from renting here. My experience was all positive… with the exception of the contradicting signs to the ice machine. But that’s no biggie. Quiet, clean, comfy bed.. is all I needed and it’s what I got..and for a reasonable price.

Don't Book Here!

Not a good spot to stay. There was roaches and bed bugs in the room I was in 418! The manager said it was common and gave me a refund. No sorry or we will fix it or anything of that nature. He just walked away! The room also had ceiling damage and cabinet damage. The free breakfast was ransacked as if huge rats was running through it eating everything (very messy area and the food quickly ran out). Only one elevator was working. The outdoors was trashy also and the pool area had beer bottles all over and dangerous equipment was in the pool area as well.
