Toiletries provided were minimal. Towels, while clean, were rough. ADA-compliant room needs some rethinking as towels were provided on a high shelf that a wheel-chair bound person cannot reach and shower curtain too short, causing pooled water on tile floor near sink.Fridge difficult to open. No microwave in room. Lobby snack bar prices were exhorbitant. No extra blankets or pillows provided. Monitor in suite extension did not boot up. Assistance with it took 24 hours for a response. Restaurant staff was excellent and very responsive. Breakfast was repetitive. Restaurant coffee was good.

The property was perfectly located in downtown Silver Springs. The family loved the location, the hotel was quite and clean. Nice spacious lobby with T.V.'s, couches and chairs, just an overall quality hotel. We have no complaints money well spent.

We stayed 2 nights, went to a concert at The Fillmore. Loved that we could walk from the hotel to the concert venue. Only thing missing was a microwave. Otherwise, a nice stay!

Good place to stay but read over details before bo
Hotel is located in a central area with plenty of shops and public transportation available. Parking is available but there is a daily fee unfortunately. Parking garage felt very cramped and dungeony but it sufficed for our short start.Check in was smooth. The room itself was very clean and served its purpose for me and my family. The bath was small and not enough for two ppl to be in at the same time moving around too much and there was no fan. Which i feel like for the price we paid we should've had a much larger bathroom with a fan. Breakfast was decent, buffet style. I did ask to order off of a menu but i was told it would be a while because the kitchen was backed up. For 21$ a person i felt like this was a rip off. But overall its a good place to stay. Would be better if parking was free and the the buffet cost way less and had more options to choose from. Next time i know to read fine print about amenities. Would I stay again probably not.

Nice property, good location. Thought parking was included and it was not. Did not have chargers for EV. Handle on shower was difficult. Other than that, good stay.
