Wasn’t informed that night service for towels and making of bed and cleaning bathroom were on a request basis! Never been to a quality hotel that didn’t do these services every day. Very disappointed at that.

The hotel is new and very modern. The room lighting is amazing. The lighting along with the shades are control from wall panels and offer so many options such as "Mood Lighting" and "Art Lighting". Also it was convenient to have four nice restaurants right on the property. One item to be aware of is in their effort to be green, which I support, the toiletries in the bathroom are minimal. We are given only three small items: shower gel, lotion and shampoo/conditioner all in paper tubes. There is also one bar on hand soap.

I did not like the fact that there was no microwave in the room however one was available in the lobby. I did not like the fact that no iron was available in the room. A steamer was available, but it did not work well so they brought me an iron Other than that, everything was fantastic.

As a Maryland alum there for homecoming, this was perfect. Walking distance to the football stadium. Easy access to restaurants. Super clean and nice rooms. Loved everything about my stay!

excellent overall
Everything was great and I loved the hotel and everything about it with one exception. I stay there because of business meetings at the DC convention center. Never had anyone available to give me a five minute ride to the metro station even though the van was parked right in the front of the hotel. It’s a 20 minute walk so why can’t someone take 10 minutes to provide a ride?
