Great employees!

Sue at the front desk was awesome.. after a frustrating day of traveling she was courteous, helpful and smiling. Even with all the questions we had. Another helpful person was the valet from this am.

Would definitely stay again

The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. We stayed for the weekend since the cheer competition was at the convention center. It is so close that we walked there.

I paid through 256 through Travelocity, through Apple Pay. However, at the desk, they said my card didn’t go through. So, they charged me 210 dollars.

Rates are high, but I booked the property because it was one of the few in the area that had an included hot breakfast. The breakfast was terrible - the premade omelettes were crusty and rubbery. Tables in the eating area were sticky and dirty. The rooms were good with nice bathrooms. Proximity to the airport skytrain is convenient, but so are the other hotels in the area - and they are priced better.

Close to the Sky train but still too far for a walk with luggage late at night. They should advertise that there isn't a shuttle and that you will likely need a lyft or uber if you have more than 1 suitcase.

The facility itself was great - the beds were comfy, the room was clean, the gym was nice, but we had some issues with the valet parking. There was no option to self park (which I was unaware of at the time I booked), and when we tried to get our car on Sunday morning, it took almost an hour because my car was blocked in and they couldn’t find the keys to the car blocking my car in.

Sterile, Minimalism gone muck.

Sterile environment. Hated squeeze soaps. Cheesy cheap towels. Twin spring bed was something you could get at Goodwill. Minimalism gone muck.
