Saw a roach in the bathroom crawling up the wall. Blinds didn't go all the way to the bottom of the window. Bed had no box spring. Very firm mattress. Less than the normal amenities. No lotion, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, or iron. For the price i expected better. That

Parking was great and made for super easy access to the game. Nothing else was within walking distance (at the time of post) as per restaurants and such. Great, friendly staff!

They asked if you wanted to see your room first however it is non-refundable so what difference does it make. Also, you have to take out your own trash with the flimsy bags they provide. NO ICE MACHINE

Roaches, Rudeness, and Regret(And MORE ROACHES!)

If you enjoy being jolted awake by roaches crawling across your body, this is the place for you! If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff are dismissive and the manager is even worse—completely indifferent to your concerns—then by all means, book a room here. When I discovered roaches all over my belongings and asked to be moved to a different room, I was told every room has roaches. I requested help laundering my items and was informed they only offer coin-operated machines. When I explained I didn’t have coins, the front desk shrugged and said, “Oh well, that sucks.” If you’re into that kind of hospitality, this place will not disappoint.

I did not check in. When I arrived at the hotel, the lady at the front desk said she could not check me in until after 11am. I had to be at a conference at 10:30am. It was a little after 8am when I arrived. I ended up staying at the Holiday Day Inn down the street. I need a refund.

Great staff and a decent place to stay. I would personally book with the hotel itself next time but will be trying another hotel for my next visit. Nice if you like the location but there are better out there for the money.
