The staff was very friendly and helpful. I just didn’t like the cigarettes butts on the sidewalk on the side entrance and people smoking on that side by the rooms. The smoked came in the air conditioner

The property was very unkept and in need of some extermination ( Roaches) We had five rooms. Three of them had roaches. The sheets and towels were dirty and stained with holes in them in all rooms. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice staff but not clean at all
The staff was very friendly and quick to try and remedy issues. The rooms were large but not cleaned in detail at all. Two of the four beds sheets were not cleaned. There were hairballs across the floor and tables were not wiped down. We ended up leaving to another hotel. Sooo filthy.

Larry was amazing.He is the Face of this property. I would start there again because of haow Larry treated us. I was so busy with track i didnt get a chance to video my amazing room. I give it a 10 out or 10. Definitely would go back.

Don’t go there!
This little place could really be something. It’s such a cute lay out. But there were roaches everywhere. The employees wore torn T shirts like they didn’t care what they looked like at all. Sheets stunk and pool was dirty. The remote back was taped on with a band aid. Yes a band aid! Do not recommend. Sucks because with different owners that place could be nice.

Horrible stay.
Pool was disgusting, full of hair and bugs. Bed when stripped had blood spots and pee stains on the topper. After swimming we cleaned up water on floor and it was not clean towel came up brown. Got rooms with 4 beds and family of 6 only gave us 2 towels and did not bring more after we asked.

We stayed at this property for the George Strait Concert. Everything was sold out! Just needed a place to cleanup and sleep. It is a very basic inn. The A/C was cold and the water was warm in the shower.

We stayed in one room for 8 guests. It met our basic needs of cleanliness, breakfast, comfort. It had one bathroom, microware and fridge. The A/C worked great. Only needed an extra mirror in the room. There was one mirror for all of us to get dressed and that was a little challenge. Love live the King of Country-George Strait! Also nice restaurants and antique/boutiques in the small town.

Front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. Charged me the room when it was preciously booked through hotels.com and I did not get a refund. Had to contact hotels.com for a refund. Manager was no help all
