The room was clean; however, the bathroom is in need of updating. Odd odor upon entering lobby; thank goodness the room did not have the same. This was a pay at property; however, the employee did not say anything about if at time of check-in, so we missed out on a discount by not using a specific card. When we asked to have the transaction cancelled so we could use a different payment method we were told 'that's impossible, it's already gone through'. Very disappointing, would choose a different accommodation on our next visit.

The room had a smell of too much cologne. My husband cough was awful. No lid for the ice bucket. The towels were very rough. The whole place was unkept. The hot tub was not working. Not up to being a Best Western. Very disappointing. The dining area had 4 small tables and the food was awful.

The hot tub was not working. The pool was closed. Way to much Noise door slamming somebody yelling real loud in the middle of the night in the hall way. Not Enough channels on the t v. The water pressure was very weak, not hot.. Wpuld not stay at the location again.

Great Stay. Other than Hurricane Beryl knocking the power out. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.
