The hotel lobby was a little warm but the room was cold once we turned down the a/c. The beds were clean and comfortable. The girls at the front desk were very nice and willing to help in any way.

The room did not smell the best. Holiday Inn needs to renovate and remove carpet. The room was either really cold or really hot poor ventilation for sure. Everything was outdated. There was one light above the door. The room stayed dark the whole time because the lighting was terrible on the outside. It was nice, but on the inside, it was horrible. Might as well been in a motel six to be honest, paying a $237 a night. That was a waste.

The first room toilet didn't work.The second room tv went in and out and the toilet made loud noises when flushed and the bathtub was stained. Overall was to tired to complain made the best of it.

Broken window curtain hanging across the window causing limit view of the outside. AC unit in the bathroom ceiling above the bath tub causing the condense to fall as one shower. This happened in room 518. I am not sure If all of the AC units on the top floor has this issue.

Unfortunate Experience
We booked this hotel primarily because of the hot tub. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and the pool was disgusting. The room itself was musty and had mold on the ceiling. The AC in the entry suite barely kept up and you could tell the floors had a moist feeling to them because of the humidity. Though the staff was nice, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone because of the conditions. Not worth how much we paid.

The hotel was dirty and disgusting. Trash cans overflowed, and the elevator had paper and debris on the floor. The staff was there, but that was about it. My room was a handicapped room, which I did not request. The thermostat did not work, nor did the coffee maker, which I had to buy water for in order to find out it didn't work. I will never stay at another IHG Hotel.
