Amazing customer service thanks to Shawn!

The hotel is nice, clean and has a good continental breakfast with a variety of food options. Shawn at the front desk is great at his job and radiates joy. He really is a valuable asset to the hotel and he left me with an amazing impression of the hotel. Thank you for the awesome customer service! It’s hard to find nowadays. I had a better experience than I have had at much more expensive hotels.

Nice stay!

The Hyatt Place was a nice experience! I love the extra spacious room and comfortable bed and linens. Breakfast was nice too. As a frequent traveler to College Station, I plan to stay there again.
