This property, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The staffs who greeted us were very helpful and very friendly. They also served hot breakfast with a good variety of choices. The price for a night was quite reasonable. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely come back in the future when we are headed towards Santa Wonderland!

Rain poured in from the light fixtures
The room was nice sized, but when it rained water poured into the room from the light fixture. They never brought stuff to clean it so I did it myself. They didn’t have another king suite available until the next night so I stayed in the room. They said maintenance would fix it the next day. It rained several more times and each time the room had gushing water. The maid told me it’s been an ongoing issue. The hotel has four floors and I was in the second and all the rooms above me got wet as well. The laundry room was out of order and was wet from rain. They never offered any kind of credit or refund. When I expressed my frustration the clerk told me “I told you it would do it each time it rained.”

The property was clean inside. The staff was friendly. The cleaning staff came in took our dirty towels and that was it. Didn't replenish the toiletries or make the beds. The wind was howling through the window. The breakfast just ok.
