Lights don’t turn on
The lights on the night stand did not turn on in the middle of the night when we needed to go to the restroom. I asked the front desk for help. She came, yet after she left and it was midnight, the lights didn’t turn on.Unacceptable!! Forget being eco friendly and concentrate on the comfort of your customers.

It was very clean, the lady at the check in desk was very nice and informative. The rooms were very clean and I loved the big shower. But that bed was not it. I woke up so incredibly sore and I'm not that old.
