Referring this to the better business bureau. Worst service i have experienced. I called and requested an early check in the day of and they told me i could check in at 1pm. When we showed up, they told me the room had been deep cleaned and was ready. They gave me the key at 1pm and when i went into the room, it had not even been touched. There were cigarettes everywhere, empty cans and bottles, and cigarette ashes all over the room. I went back to the desk to talk with the manager, and he told me that it is my responsibility to ensure the maid cleans the room before i enter the room. I asked if he could just change me into a clean room and he said he could not do anything for me except just wait outside my room until the maid came and cleaned it. He then told me if i continued to argue he will just take my keys back and i would not get a refund. Piss poor management in an extremely dirty establishment. Would absolutely not recommend. I do have pictures as proof as well.

Bugs. Lots of them . Had to buy bug spray just to sleep at night. Trash and candy on the floor. It was handicap accessible room so shower was allll over the bathroom floor. Enough said.

Arrived for check in and staff was helpful, nice and prompt. Got into the room and noticed the bathroom walls were smeared with questionable things. Floors still had hair on them. It was a non smoking room yet the blankets had burn holes in it. The pool area had maybe blood or feces smeared chairs and tables. Guests stayed up all night arguing and being loud. Would not stay here again.
