Run far away

Only attempted to stay here due to no rooms available near by. Normally a room is $43 it was $205. Room was smoking which we booked non smoking, room was dirty with roaches in showers and bed. Dirty towels on floor upon arrival, beds had been used. Room was not cleaned and it smelled awful. Left immediately and have been given a run around on getting my refund. Also you’ll find drunks and drugs in the parking lot. Run far away.

I booked a room for two nights. Shortly into the first night, I saw something crawling on the bed. I turned on the light and saw that it was a cockroach. Then looked around and found several more. I called the front desk told them that my room was infested with cockroaches and then I was going to be leaving the filthy hotel and wanted the second night refunded. I was told that I needed to contact orbit since that’s where it was booked. Orbitz customer service did everything they could but the management of the hotel refused to refund the second night. Completely disgusting location and horrible customer service avoid this place at all costs.

Pay for what you get. This is a budget hotel. Pillows are non existing and yhe bed is horrible. Not staying here again. Sketchy folks coming and going. Not a family spot at all.

The rooms were dirty and they kept changing the key on us so we had to go get it rekeyed 3 times…room was supposed to be a double which it was but the beds were just smashed into a single room. Not clean at all! Toilet had pubic hair from the last ppl on it
