For the price and advertising I expected continental breakfast. The office door to that feature was locked and no breakfast. Room was clean but had no lamps in the room. For the price it was bare bones minimum.

Parking full of potholes so first impression is zero, our room #223 the ceiling was covered with mold and water damage, door didn’t lock properly, bath was unusable the whole place looks rundown! Missing a great opportunity to capitalize more due to closeness to College Station.

Property has a two star rating. The housekeeping was done well. (Bed, linen, towels, room all seemed clean). Parking lot/driveway needs repair. Rooms are old with a stuffy smell. A/C works! Nearby Whataburger restaurant stays open past midnight with breakfast options

The bed was very, very comfortable, most of the staff was wonderful, except for the gentleman who kept pounding on my door, asking if I needed towels at eight in the morning… He kind of knocks like the police. The outside of the building has many pieces of the stucco peeling off and looks very rundown. But inside the rooms it’s not bad. It’s very pleasant. It looks clean does not look dirty on the inside… I enjoyed my stay.

Nice location. Room appears to be recently renovated. Close proximity to a couple of fast food restaurants. A little drive from College Station but well worth it in my opinion.

We arrived before check in dead line only to be told no one could check us in and it would be about thirty minutes or so. Waited got our room. The tv dint work properly. The hot water didn’t work properly. He came and showed us how to get hot water … faucet is plumbed backwards. Found live roaches in the bathroom. Couldn’t wait to leave. I will say the beds were comfortable.
