Hotel was very nice but two hours after arriving a storm hit area and we had no electricity from 7pm to checkout next day. Not hot water and no heat. So no fault of hotel but stay was awful

It would have been a wonderful visit, although through NO FAULT of the property. There was a huge ice storm, and 1.5 days were spent with no hydro, no hot water and the entire region was in blackout.
