This hotel won’t be around much longer.

Avoid at all costs. We checked in and were told the plumbing was down so couldn’t shower or use the toilet. Called hotels.com to get a refund to go elsewhere, as one would, but the hotel manager refused to give a refund. Oh, and the attitude from the woman at the front desk? I’ve never been talked back to and disrespected like that in my entire life. What a piece of work she was. Even her husband was yelling at her. Quite the scene. Thanks for holding us hostage by not providing a refund. Would have been more comfortable sleeping in my car in the -10 weather.

Budget hotel and nothing special for a sleep over. I would not suggest leaving valuables while you are out. The front door is a knob push button lock and key and very easy to break into. I give credit for being in a walkable area to restaurants and a Metro grocery store. For a few bucks more, I would stay elsewhere.

It would be better if they just didn’t provide a breakfast rather than saying breakfast is included and half the stuff was missing in the morning like milk yogurt actual meals toaster was so slow never any batter for waffles.

Booked hotel as it was cheap and was going to just sleep here after skiing. During booking, chose 2 people by default. Was forced to pay an additional 45$ when owner asked how many in room and I said 4. If I had known I was going to pay 190$ for a motel, I would have stayed in a nice place instead of a one story motel which room smelled very badly of cigarette smoke.

Avoid Milestones Motel! My experience here was terrible. The staff was incredibly rude, especially at checkout. Five different people knocked on my door and called repeatedly, making me feel harassed. To make matters worse, the owner’s family was loudly fighting early in the morning, disrupting my sleep. It was far from the relaxing stay I expected. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
