Should honestly be closed down. The hotel itself and our room was absolutely FILTHY- bugs, dirt, dust, mold. The lights didn’t work, the tv didn’t work, the shower didn’t work. We weren’t provided any towels or washcloths. And, I was sexually harassed by one of the guests- nothing was done to address it.

Room was disgusting. When we called Expedia to ask for a refund without bothering the front desk, they came to our room to clean it after Expedia called them. Knocked every two minutes while I was on the phone trying to avoid giving me the refund. I never got the refund, we left the property within 7 minutes from the check in time. And I’m currently trying to resolve an overcharge with my bank because these people are dishonest even after I said to forget the refund.

Did not stay after walking in to find stairwell and hallway with such filth. Out of curiosity looked at room .. AC didn't appear to be functioning and bed looked as if bedding had not been changed.

The toilet has issue and you hear the water flow continuously. The gas detector is faulty and buzz every minute.

Light over bathroom lavatory was out, but staff didn't replace light bulb; likewise with light just inside entry entry door. Bed linens were not changed during my three night stay. Water on bathroom floor was not dryed & Staff merely threw a towel over the wet water Health Department should shut the facility fown!!

Didn't even stay here. Family member got there first to check into there room and called said it was horrible. Very Dirty, mold, broken tv in room. They requested a refund. I called and cancelled the room too was not about to stay there either.

Since this had Wyndham name on it. I expected much better. Room floors were dirty. Room smelled. Bedding was stained. The tub had so much black mold around it was disgusting. Broken woodwork. I was kept awake by people talking, arguing and knocking noise in the hallway. I am a solo elderly female traveler. I was scared.

Bugs!
I checked in super late and went to the room to sleep. On the way up i noticed trash and feces in the sidewalks and hallways. I got to the room and didnt have a remote. I let the front desk know and was told he would bring me one. I went to sleep as i was very tired. This morning, i stepped out of the shower and there were bugs climbing on my towel that I had just hung there. I then had to shake bugs out of my shoes and clothes, which were in separate places.

The guy that checked me in was very nice but he had a lot of trouble understanding I had accendlu spilled a white soda on the bed so I went to ask for a sheet of sheets and was told I could get a set in the am. The place was very dirty and there was a crowd of people outside being loud until almost ,2am so there was not a lot of sleep to be had pool was very cloudy with all pool cleaning equipment just left last placed was usef and the breakfast was waffles could not het any butter bad stay left very tired
