I wouldn’t stay again.

I needed a place to stay overnight for a bathroom remodel. I chose this hotel because it was highly rated, however, I wasn’t impressed. To start, I was given a key card and room # to an occupied room. After that was resolved, the mattress was extremely comfortable. I woke up with a sore arm and back. Lastly, I checked online to see the breakfast hours which stated they were 7-10 AM. I went down at 9:30 am see no breakfast of any sort available. It had ended at 9 despite the website saying otherwise. It worked for a one night stay but I won’t be revisiting

They was charging Hotels.com more that the original price agreed on by like a $1.00 and it would not go through. They did not care and would not honor the original agreement. Hotels.com stepped up and got me another hotel. They were awesome. Best western was cold and uncaring

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and was all very good. The exercise room was clean and all machines were working well. Parking was included and well lit. The room accommodations were clean and comfortable.

This is the place that I stay whenever I need to travel to the area for business! The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, shower is hot, and AC is cold!
