Smelled awful. Like bleach over vomit. No soap just shampoo turned backwards in the dispenser! Got violently ill afterwards and missed an important event. No one at front desk when I needed them, just a note with no phone number. Was afraid to try the breakfast. Left after one night of 2-night reservation.

Everthing was fine. Bed was actually comfortable. There are definitely better hotels in the area, I just needed to make a last minute change and needed two queens. I would not want to stay here again, go right diwn the street to the Fairfield Inn, if they are not price gouging like they did this weekend fir SIUE family weekend.

Elevator not working/ room directly next to stairs

We decided to stay a night here before hitting the road after dropping our daughter off to SIUE. Our room was on the 2nd floor and the elevator was out of order, which means we had to use the stairs every time. Not only was the elevator out of order but our room was directly next to the stairs, so all night we were disturbed by everyone who entered or exited the second floor. The door closing was not quiet so we heard everyone come and go. Due to not getting any rest we decided to check out early and head back home. Overall the hotel was very clean, my husband did enjoy the breakfast provided.
