"Best" Western?
Peeling, fraying wall coverings. Elevator door sticks. Pool water had a yellowish tint; looked like it needs a cleaning. Worst of all was the shower head. Appeared to have hard water mineral and dirt build-up. I've stayed at Best Western in the past. This is far from "Best".

Fair to average accommodations, not worth cost but, when in need, any port in a storm. Nonsmoking-room smelled just smoked in, though linens were clean as was bathroom. no coffee pot or fridge in room. got good night's sleep in spite of this.

Front desk worker was rude and charged my card multiple times. Said it would be back on my card in a little while. Went back to desk hours later to inform her that isn’t how lodging works with that account and I wouldn’t have access to those funds for 30 days. When I reminded her she said it would be back on my card in a little while she said she never said that. Extremely rude!!

Reserved a room for three nights. They did not once come in for cleaning service or bring new towels. I had to go to The front desk to get clean towels. The bathroom was filthy. After I told them the bathroom needed cleaned, they still did not do any cleaning service.

Other than being a little noisy since it was right off the highway, and the outside looking a bit shabby, this was good for the price. The room was big and clean. It even had a kitchenette that we were not expecting. The staff was friendly and helpful.
