Loved staying here. The fact that there’s multiple places to eat, it’s so close to ball park village, and the casino is just a walk away. Super convenient.

2nd time staying here. Same issue as the first time carpets in all rooms need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Front desk staff are warm and welcoming. Love that i can take the shuttle to the games. Makes it so easy. Driver is funny but if people are not tipping him hes attitude changes. Negative, i left a pedometer plugged into the wall and left. I called when i got home 4 hours later and they said they dont have it. I have it on my gps tracker incase i lose it and it show still there. Lady got upset if she could just check the room or with the person who cleaned the room. I asked for the manager and he wasnt in. I left a voice mail and still nothing back.

The room was clean. We had a nice view of the river and the St Louis Arch. I was accost twice in the parking lot and felt unsafe so didn't feel I could leave the room. The staff was unfriendly at check-in. The coffee place and restaurants are not open until after 8 a.m. Disappointing. I will not be going back for overnight stays.

Trade off - awesome view - nasty room
Staff was helpful - lobby was nice - however the carpet in the hallway was dirty and the carpet in the room looked like a crime scene - switched rooms and was a little better but still nasty !! View of the arch and sky line was awesome but a big trade off for the nasty carpet. The rest of the room was just ok !!

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and nice. It was really close to the arch and very easy to get to. My only gripe was the pool was not heated as it was advertised. Easy to find, close to downtown St. Louis. Staff was very nice and helpful. Elevator was a bit sketchy the panel with the buttons was about to fall off. Room was clean just some stains on the lamp, and a few spots on the floor. But very cozy, big room, and beds were so comfy. They have food in the casino next door which was open pretty late and some different restaurants. Staff in the casino were super nice too. Definitely would be back and enjoyed our stay here.
