Overall good stay. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Microwave, fridge, 2 beds, breakfast, pool & safe. Not all the numbers on the safe worked, but figured out a code. Only issue was the floor. Laminated floor was pretty but very sticky. My clean slipper soles were black after 3 nights.

Staff was polite, rooms were clean. Be careful in the pool area. There is step down that is treacherous. My wife slipped and hurt her foot on the step down.

Room was clean. Short on staff. The two front desk people I talked to were friendly and responsive. Shower curtain would not stay in place as it kept falling down into the middle of the bar. Think it’s just a quick maintenance fix.

Location wise the hotel was good. However, the rooms were not very clean. Especially the room floor was sticky. There was no coffee available at the reception area. When I asked about it, I was told that the breakfast area is closed and coffee will be available in the morning only during the breakfast hours. Coffee machine in the room was dirty and we didn't use it. Lift floor was also wet most of the times. Overall not a very good experience.

We were really disappointed with the state of the coffee machine, which was visibly dirty. When we requested a replacement, the staff informed us that maintenance wouldn't be available until the next morning due to evening unavailability. The service and facilities fell short of expectations.
