When we walked the young lady that was at the front desk was slumped over the chair asleep. We woke her up. Then it took forever to get checked in and the girl was not very friendly. But our checkout experience was great. The woman there was very courteous and we was checked out very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean

Staff is always welcoming and quick to respond to any needs. This venue has existed for a few years but the facility is well kept. There was a sign at the front desk stating that the pool was out of service, but I don't ask why or for how long it would be out. Room and food service areas were clean. This is great place to stay and have some money left in your pocket when you depart! Thanks for another great stay Comfort Inn 👍👍

Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice. BUT… pillows were doll size, bed was hard, breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9. Was down at 6:15 and the guy was just getting stuff prepped, no coffee even started. So left to get coffee, one of the employees truck was parked under the front when I left, came back and truck was still there. Still no breakfast so we checked out same guy was behind counter on his phone and when we gave him the room cards he was rude. Same truck parked in the front so we had to walk out to our car with our luggage. We won’t be back.

The pool was something we booked this hotel for and didn't find out until we got there and it was out of order and you could tell it had been some time since it worked. Doesn't look like the hallway had been dusted or vacuumed in quite some time and the snack area was stocked at all.
