The hotel was great. This is the second time we stayed there. Good complimentary breakfast options. The only complaint is the drain smelled awful in the shower. They sent someone up to dump something in the drain, which did help. Other than that it was great! Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent!

This will be our new go-to stop on our drive from Texas to Wisconsin. All the staff was super professional and friendly. The water pressure was amazing! The hotel was really clean and kept up. The breakfast had the most choices weve seen for a Holiday Inn and hot. Everything was great for our family of 5. (The bonus was scoring some deals in the Cracker Barrel store right across the parking lot in their Christmas Sale.) We'll be back.

I stayed there roughly 8 days and in that time I think they cleaned the room, made the bed and refreshed towels, toilet paper and trash cans 3 times. The other days I had to call for towels and toilet paper. Then when I brought it up to the day manager I got attitude from her and the cleaning staff manager standing nearby.

The housekeeper kept banging on all the doors over and over and over and when confront it with it why she wasn't using a door stopper she told me to mind my business my husband went down to retrieve breakfast and they had no trays at 7:00 in the morning so he wasn't able to get us both a plate and juice
