In need of repairs and updates. I went to hang up a towel on the rack and the thing feel off the wall. I fixed it but this should not happen. Was fully charged a "deposit " they took my money from my account instead of a hold and now i have to wait 10-12 days for a.refund! I jave never heard of such nonsense! I would nevwr stay here again and i will be disputing this charge! I want my deposit back now not 10- 12 days. I checked out today. It doesn't take that long to see if there were any damages to a already disarray room. Also there are no amenities in the room to warrant a 100 deposit

we left immediately, did not stay, calling to delete any charges for them. horrible, my grand daughter thru up. it was moldy, smelly, dirty, the pool was green, scrubbing lysol crap at 4:00 pm. want a refund for any charges that were made, that property should be bull dosed down and hotels .com should delete them from their offerings.l

Don’t do it

Floor was wet like it had either been cleaned or well, tried to clean. My feet were dirty from walking on the carpet. Grocery store feet. The AC barely blew. The air felt damp coming out of it. The room smelled like musty socks and the bathroom was bad. My 3 year old slipped in the tub and hit her face on the side because it was slippery from whatever they cleaned it with and didn’t rinse it out. We travel with our cat who is better and cleaner than most humans. I usually don’t complain about places we stay because we have stayed at some doozies before. But this was all around not good. I don’t know if it was the pet room only but the first floor was OLD and gross. Breakfast was lacking. Staff was fine. Beds terrible.

There was no one at the checkin desk on arrival and took 5-10 minutes before someone arrived. I thought that was poor. The representative was very nice however and apologized. The room was very nice. The breakfast was terrible and should be improved or eliminated.
