Well-located, beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Nice Christmas decorations. Good buffet and spacious seating area for an evening cocktail or to play cards. Our room was very large and the bed was very comfy. I am so glad that we chose to stay here.

This hotel is so charming and quaint! The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are really nice and clean! We had a great stay and would return! The staff was very helpful and the hotel is in the perfect location to explore the town!

2nd time we've stayed here and we love it - first year our room was in the older property across the little alleyway and that was amazing, this year we were in the main hotel, the room was a little small but still very clean and comfortable - the staff are lovely and you can't beat the location!

The staff were friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade upon arrival — a wonderful start to our stay. Overall, everything was great; the only downside was a small dirty spot on the toilet seat, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. I considered mentioning it to the front desk but decided to let it go. Aside from that, the room was clean and comfortable, and we had a pleasant stay.

Really warmly welcomed and showed to a very small room - that's ok it's only an overnight stay. Returning later on it seems the heating in the bathroom cannot be turned down or indeed off! EXTREMELY uncomfortable nights sleep as only way to cool down room is to open the window to street in front of hotel. This causes restless night sleep due to road noises right through the night. Hotel unable to move to us to another room as they are full but completely unwilling to offer any help. Surely a hotels basic facility is to offer a comfortable night's sleep - great big FAIL here!!!? Shame as the town is lovely but our stay rather ruined by the obstructic nature of the hotel management.
