We were given our room on the top floor bedroom. It had no power/lights at all. The caretaker wasn’t around to fix the problem, so the front desk person had to do it himself. It was fixed when we came back. The room was small, the bathroom was dirty. We thought there was breakfast included, but went down in the morning to find out it was free for everyone, but not for us. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

TV did not have any channels. Not connected. Single Room was quite with a single bed. The light from the opposite building (which was on all night) bothered me as the curtain was not long enough to stop the light bleeding into the room. Staff was very friendly and area was nice.

Perfect for a low budget stay

Great stay, stayed for 4 nights. Was perfect location for a low budget Christmas market hotel. But still only a ten min walk into town. Room felt dated but beds were comfy and room was cleaned every day. Noticed a lot of dust under the bed on the last day though and bed sheets weren’t changed once whilst there but wouldn’t stop us staying again as front desk were friendly and helpful and we loved the location

You can easily get to all attractions simply by walking along the main road from hotel to hauptbahnhof. Hotel service is better than my expectation. However, do expect there would be some noise if your room located next to the stairs. At this price, I am very satisfied with what I have experienced.

The worst hotel I’ve ever spent a night. The room advertised is different than the one offered, it made my experience in Germany very poor. Very rude Staff, apart from a young girl that tried to help us. Very dirty room, dirty sheets, dirty toilet. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a nice stay, but I got miss-informed about the breakfast situation. A Staff member was not up to date on details and caused me a some problems having to call Expedia support and wasting a lot of time.

Thin walls, unprofessional personnel

Rented a single room for one night. As I arrived to the hotel around 2AM had to wait 20min for check-in even though I was the only client at the reception. At that time I was informed in two-times repeated sentences by the personal that the breakfast would be served till 11am, which I was delighted to hear, considering late arrival at the facility. Room was comfortable enough inside, however at 9am I got woken up from noises from a nearby room, as I could hear almost every word from the neighbours' conversation and loud noises from showering. Finally at 10:30am went down for the breakfast and was greatly surprised that to discover it was only served till 10am. On top, the morning staff at the reception gave me a blaming look, as if I was to be blamed for the late arrival. Found it rather unprofessional not even to say sorry for their mistake, moreover to act quite the oposite. Will definitely avoid this facility next time, due to thin walls in the room and high unprofessionalism of the personnel.

Great Location.

Excellent location: easy check in & friendly staff we could walk to the Christmas Markets we could walk to restaurants great breakfast The 2 things that we were not pleased about were: Our room was on 5th floor & the elevator only went to the 4th so we, two people over 66 years of age, had to carry two 20 kg bags up 13 stairs! The other thing that we did not like was the mold in the shower. Despite these two issues we would definitely stay at the hotel - we would just request a room no higher than the 4th.
