This hotel was so close to the train station, which was great! Maybe a five minute walk at the most. It was also walkable to other main spots in Cologne. The rooms were spacious and it was nice that they provided little products. I also appreciate that the shower was a half bath also, unlike most of the hotels I stayed at on this trip.

Horrible check in. They gave my friend a regular room when he is clearly in a wheelchair. He had to spend 20 minutes wheeling around for no reason after traveling all day. Horrible coffee service in the morning with the breakfast restaurant. Very expensive with very poor service.

The staff was most welcoming and ready to accommodate individual needs of the guests. Amenities for executive lounge are splendid, in addition to a very large room.
