None tourist suburb and all the better for that.
A distance from Cologne centre but easily reached by both train and underground/tram. Well located for the exhibition centre as the train stops outside the Messe.

Lovely breakfast. The front desk could not find our room when we checked in. We ended up having to put two bed s together and have our daughter sleep with us. The. The next morning they had found our room at checkout. We were not too happy starting our trips that way. Driving through Germany to Paris.

The owner made us comfortable.
Initially had a problem of access to our room as the reception was closed and had to wait in the freezing cold till such time that Management could get someone to come and open the night gate for us. The room was also freezing cold as the management had not switched on the heat for us. It took more than an hour for the room to get somewhat warm. The next day the owner Mr. Klaus apologized and bought us an electric heater and also made arrangement for us to enjoy the breakfast. Very good service by him.

Front desk crews was very helpful. We left our passport in the room safe, they called us and go all way out to courier it from hotel to Berlin.

The hotel is comfy, lovely, and the staffs are friendly. We enjoyed ourselves a lot. Only one complaint on neighborhood. Just quite far from town & away from everything. Quiet & seems safe, though.

EM 2024 übernachtung in köln
Das hotel ist gut erreichbar mit dem auto und mit der Bahn. Haltestelle circa 200 m entfernt. Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Service und sauberkeit sehr gut.. Frühstücksbufett alles was das herz begehrt. Ich kann das hotel ohne bedenken weiter empfehlen....

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal; Zimmerqualität sehr gut, etwas altmodisch Schlüsselbund mit verschiedenen Schlüsseln; elektronische Anlage offenbar in Vorbereitung, Lage direkt an S-Bahn Station; in der Nähe mehrere Möglichkeiten, etwas zu essen. Direkt gegenüber ein Sterne-Lokal. Alles in allem sehr zufriedenstellend; komme gerne wieder.

Es sind nur wenige Minuten zum Bahnhof mit sehr guter Verbindung in die Kölner Innenstadt (Fahrzeit 15min). Es wirkt alles modern und sauber. Schönes Farbkonzept und Deko. Tolle, außergewöhnliche Bilder von Köln. Leckere Frühstücksauswahl, vor allem auch beim Tee.
