The bare essentials
We were staying near friends in the same compound so it was very convenient. Everything is automated and quite self-explanatory. We had a corner room so had cross ventilation, other wise there was no air conditioning. The hotel is sustainable therefore no amenities of any kind are offered but there is a kiosk on the small street outside

This is not a hotel. There is no front desk. No Bell service. No concierge. No room service. No staff at all. No extra towels. No extra toilet paper. No shampoo. No lotion. No hotel amenities at all. This is a not a hotel!!! They need to work a lot harder on their Concept!!

Easy and seamless check in. Quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kiosk in hotel offering cold drinks which was very convenient. Rooftop terraces and an indoor lounge area which were great for unwinding or drinking a beer at the end of the day. Laundry and shared kitchen were very nice and a life lifesaver for longer term travel. The room was clean and made for a great stop for a few days, safe, secure, and a good location a little out from the city center.

A day in Köln
I requested a king size bed but instead I got two twin size bed next to each other. It just makes for uncomfortable sleep. Shower floated due to clog on the drainage tube. I had to remove it myself in order to get showered. With all of that being said, the apt is nice & modern.

Lovely idea for a place. No way to interact with someone for issues. Such as no idea where thermostat for temp control is- if it exists… unable to sleep because of heat wave and no discernible process of ameliorating the situation. Safe was locked and not able to use. Scanning documents took excessive amount of time and many attempts to get it to work properly. Bed is two twin beds pushed together. Staying with a partner - mind the gap. Windows facing sunrise - beautiful and excruciating with no way to adjust temperature. If you enjoy waking up at 5 am then you’ll Love it.

Horrible signage! Couldn’t find the hotel entrance. Electronic sign-up experience- keypad screen was total junk and wouldn’t register keystrokes, add to that no translation for foreigners, and no one around to assist. Incredibly frustrating and annoying. However, once checked in to the room it’s excellent. Checking in was a total pain, but in the end the place is great.

Kontaktloser Check-In hat nicht sofort funktioniert, das lag aber vermutlich am Betreiberwechsel zwischen Buchung und Aufenthalt. Uns wurde schnell und unkompliziert via Telefon geholfen. Zimmer sind sauber, neu und funktional. Lage ist sehr gut, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Geschäfte und Restaurants/Kneipen in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen..

Ich hatte 4 Zimmer gebucht und das würde auch bestätigt. Kurz vor dem Aufenthalt hat der Besitzer gewechselt. Eine Email versicherte, dass alles bleibt, wie gebucht. Tatsächlich waren nur 2 Zimmer verfügbar. Dadurch mussten wir 2 Stunden durch die Kölnern Nacht fahren, um ein anderes Hotel zu finden. Herr Gerhardt vom Hotel Clouth hat uns sehr freundlich unterstützt und schließlich ein Alternativhotel für uns gefunden. Danke.

Das absolut ohne Menschen Interfacing Koncept hat so seine Tücke, ist aber wenn man es durchschaut ganz interessant. Allerdings ist die Menschleere schon auch ein wenig gruselig. Der Eingang war wirklich nicht leicht zu erkennen. Eine Tür wie zu einer Garage mit einem Schild "Koncept Hotel" - absolut nicht einladend!!! Das war abschreckend! Trotzdem - Ich komme wieder

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Der Automat ließt nicht alles vom Personalausweis aus und es dauert dann einfach nur lange. Vorallem wenn mehrere Leute einchecken wollen. Zimmer war aber an sich sauber. Die nächste Haltestelle war auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen, nur der Check In Automat ist Verbesserungs würdig.

Känns inte helt tryggt!
Vet inte riktigt vad jag ska säga om detta receptionslösa boende. Förra gången jag bodde här var det bråk i korridoren på morgonen och på natten var det spring, skrik och bråk utanför rummet och polis fick tillkallas. Även denna gång hade polis tillkallats eftersom det var icke-boende som klättrat in på hotellområdet. Så hotellet känns allt annat än tryggt när man reser ensam. Rummen däremot är jättefina! Sköna sängar, rymliga rum, och fina badrum. Det som behövs är närvarande personal så man kan känna sig trygg! Utan detta är det svårt att sätta det fina betyg på hotellet som rummen faktiskt förtjänar.

Das Hotel hat zwar kein Frühstück o.ä. dabei, aber es gibt vor Ort verschiedene Cafés/Restaurant, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hotel ist in einem Neubaugebiet, alles sehr sauber. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das einchecken funktioniert einwandfrei durch einen Automaten.
