Nice man in the reception, but too busy guy.

The reception was too busy guy, only working alone. Even 24hours check-in, if someone got stuck, there was a queue. The reception man was kind enough to support me during the small time he could have, but it seems overloaded. The hotel should put another people for check-in. This makes a bit stressful for me when I arrived late night.

Quiet and convenient

Great hotel, check-in open 24/7 with front desk manned so perfect for checking in during early hours. Hotel room was of a good size and perfect for a nights stay with train station and bus station a few minutes walk away. Hotel was clean and quiet even though located right at the airport - heard no noise at all.

Comfortable & Modern Hotel

A excellent hotel very close to Cologne/Bonn airport. A well equipped room that was very clean and comfortable. 5 min walk to the airport terminal and train station. Great staff who were polite an efficient.
