Weak wifi near room 524

Overall, it was very good except wifi signal near room 524 was so weak and not connecting most of time even after the front provided a premium one (connect3), so I had to use my cell phone data most of time to do my work. Hope they can improve it.

Good location and sufficient quality

Location is great, Neumarkt is just a short walk away. Breiter Str has abundant cafe's, bakeries for a quick morning grab or chill in warm sunlight. Hotel is efficient and quiet. Only downsides were the bathroom which needs slight refurbishment and TV which doesn't have access to digital platforms of our choice.

Points positifs : La chambre était propre et très confortable. La vue était extraordinaire. Les petites boissons offertes dans la chambre étaient très agréable. Le personnel était souriant et accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien placé. Points négatifs : les portes des chambres voisines claquent et réveillent tard le soir ou tôt le matin. Des travaux ont eu lieu pour rénover les salles de bains de certaines chambres durant notre séjour et nous n'en avons pas été informés en amont. Les bruits de perceuse et de marteaux étaient très forts et insupportables le matin. J'avais demandé une chambre au calme et j'en ai obtenu une au milieu des travaux. C'est vraiment dommage, cela a un peu gaché notre séjour. Nous aurions certainement reservé ailleurs si nous avions su cela en avance, et ce malgré le confort de la chambre.

Will love to stay again

Our family loved our superior rooms, with their great ammenities, free water/juice/coffee/tea, and super comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast surpassed all expectations. This place is a total gem, with great staff.

What I liked about the proporty was the very professional staff. From outside not very promising with only glass and steel: However, breakfast quality was four stars; great cake available; good quality of bed; first time I had minibar included in the price, composed of two beer bottles, apple juice organge juice and water. I wonder why I have not been to Pullman before already. I will come again, amazing experience. Thank you
