Great Cologne Hotel

Great hotel only about 5/10 mins walk from the main train station and cathedral. Room was very comfortable and the staff were very professional and helpful

The hotel itself was lovely and a busy option. The staff at check in were lovely and was nice to have a small courtyard at the back of the station. We were upgraded at check in which was super! The area felt unsafe / rough around the edges so something to consider if travelling alone. The road it was set on had a number of restaurants / bars.

The staff were all very helpfull. The lobby had plenty of room to sit and work after breakfast was served. Te room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Everything I needed was only a short walk away.

For the price that we paid the convinience of the location is the reason why we score it good. I guess its a tourist spot so its not a very pleasing location. The room is really small i dont think the price is reasonable. I think there are better options around that is also convinient location that has competitive price

We stayed here for two nights. Overall it was an excellent stay. I wish the room had gotten cooler but I think that’s the American in me lol. Loved the location to the train station and felt safe.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights and certainly will be promoting Urban Loft Cologne to our family & friends. It is very convenient to city centre & train station. The facility of access to free water & the security of the place also ranked very high with us, especially the room key working in the lift. (this was a new experience to us). Breakfast was of a high standard too. We loved the decor of the place, making it very relaxing. One suggested addition to the room could be a phone with access to reception in case of an emergency. Thank you again for a lovely experience in Urban Loft Cologne.
